Enforcement

The following terms and conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) are valid between the user and Masala Chy (“we”) and apply to the use of and orders placed on the Masala Chy website www.masalachy.com, to the orders made by instagram and orders made by e-mail.

Please note that Masala Chy does not guarantee that all the products presented on the website are in stock and available for purchase. Masala Chy reserves the right to stop selling a product. Masala Chy reserves the right to revise the T&C at any time. The date of the last update is at the bottom of this page. Users are responsible for keeping abreast of any changes or updates.

Please note that the T&Cs valid for your order are those T&Cs that were in effect at the time you made your purchase and not a later version.

Orders

By using this website and/or placing an order on the website, through Instagram, by phone or by e-mail, the user confirms that they have read the T&C and the privacy policy and accept them. Please make sure you have understood the T&C before placing an order.

Before confirming your order you will have the opportunity to review your selection, the information you have provided, the total price of the order and correct any errors. Please note that the products in your cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers until the moment you confirm the order and receive the confirmation email. In the case of prolonged inactivity on the web, your selection of products could be lost. In such a case, you will need to recreate your product selection and add them to the cart again.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, the details of the product you have purchased, the payment details and the shipping information. Please note that the confirmation email is a confirmation that we have received your order, but it is not an acceptance of the order.

Acceptance and confirmation of shipment

Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept an order for any reason without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all the relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

Payment

You can make your payment using Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay. We use Stripe as a payment gateway to ensure a safe and fast shopping experience.

Shipping

We process orders and deliver from Monday to Thursday (Fridays in Barcelona) Orders placed after 12:00 PM (peninsular time) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed the same day or on Monday of the following week according to our possibilities.

Express Delivery
Delivery within 24 hours from order confirmation.
Cost 4,90€. Free for orders from €50.

Sutainable Delivery
Deliveries every Wednesday and Friday.
Free for orders of any amount.

Rest of the national territory, including the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Orders have an estimated delivery time of between 24h and 48h.
Cost of €4,90. Free shipping for orders over €50 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Returns

Our concentrate is characterized by being a fresh and perishable product, so we cannot put it up for sale after it has been returned. Therefore, we do not accept returns. However, we will refund the full amount of the purchase in case the error was caused by Masala Chy or the product is in poor condition. We will process the return once we receive a photo of the shipping label and box as well as the wrong or defective products to info@masalachy.com.

In the case of products other than our concentrate, if the client is not satisfied with what was received, we will take care of collecting it. Once it arrives at our facilities and we check its condition, we will proceed to make the return excluding shipping costs.

We will not make refunds if the product shipped is in good condition and the customer no longer wants it for reasons beyond Masala Chy’s control. Nor will we do it in case of absence at the time of delivery of the package (if the courier company cannot contact the client, Masala Chy will not be responsible).
